Cd2+胁迫对黄瓜幼苗生物膜损伤和保护酶的影响

【摘要】 以不同浓度Cd2+对黄瓜幼苗进行根部胁迫处理,研究了Cd2+对黄瓜幼苗叶片相对膜透性、丙二醛(M DA)含量,以及过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性及其同工酶的影响。结果表明,Cd2+处理黄瓜幼苗,可使叶片相对质膜透性增大,M DA含量提高,POD和CAT的活性明显上升,POD和CAT同工酶组成发生较大的变化。

【Abstract】 The effects of different concentrations of Cd2+stress on the relative plasma permeability,malondialdehyde(MDA),peroxidase(POD),catalase(CAT) and their isozymes in cumuber leaves were studied by using sand culture.The results showed that Cd2+stress increased plasma permeability and MDA contents,promoted activities of POD and CAT obviously,as well as leaded the larger changes in components of POD and CAT isozymes in cumuber leaves.
