【摘要】 在对国定扶贫县———渭源县农民收入现状调查的基础上,选取了外出劳动力、耕地面积、粮食产量、第一产业增加值、初中及初中以上文化程度的农村劳动力5个主要影响渭源县农民收入的因素,运用灰色关联系统比分析法分析了渭源县农民增收缓慢的主要原因,概括了制约农民增收的主要因素,并就此提出了调整种植结构,培育农业特色产业;发展非农产业,加大农村人口转移力度;加强农村教育,提高农民科学文化素质;充分发挥旅游资源优势等建议性对策.更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the investigated current situation of farmers′ income of Weiyuan County which is one of the impoverished counties aided by government,five main factors that influence farmers′ income of Weiyuan County were chosen,which were labour force outside,cultivated area,grain yield,added value of primary industry,and rural labour force of junior middle school cultural level and above.The main reasons for the low increase of farmers′ income of Weiyuan County were analyzed through the grey relational analysis.According to the analysis above,some suggestion were put forward:adjusting the structure of planting and cultivating special feature industry;developing non-agricultural industry and increasing the transfer of population from the village;strengthening the village education and enhancing the farmers′ quality of science and culture;giving full play to the advantages of tourism resources,etc.更多还原
