混流式水轮机蜗壳改造的型线优化及数值模拟

【摘要】 针对长期运行于含泥沙水流的混流式水轮机蜗壳,提出基于蜗壳改造的型线优化方案.利用数值模拟的方法对改型前与改型后的蜗壳进行数值模拟,给出了改造后的蜗壳和原蜗壳的水动力学特性的差异.得到一种工程中可行的抗泥沙磨损,提高水力性能的蜗壳改造方法.经3 a运行后检查证明蜗壳磨蚀情况得到明显改善.

【Abstract】 A scheme of optimal design for the spiral case used in silt-laden water flows was put forward based on its rebuild.The method of numerical simulation was used to analyse the differences of flow characteristics between the optimal and the former spiral cases.A new method was summarized to decrease silt erosion in engineering.Slit erosion to the optimally designed spiral case was improved obviously after it had worked in slit laden flows for 3 years.
