几种方法测定鲜食葡萄枝条抗寒性的比较

【摘要】 采用5种方法测定7个鲜食葡萄品种的枝条抗寒性,对测定结果与品种抗寒性进行分析,结合本地区葡萄越冬表现结果表明,7个鲜食葡萄品种中矢富罗莎、奥古斯特和京秀比其他几个品种抗寒,红地球和美人指居中,而乍娜和里扎马特抗寒性最弱。对测定方法进行了简单比较表明:在品种抗寒性差异比较大时可用电导率法测定,既简便又节省费用。抗寒性差别比较小时则可采用过氧化物酶和可溶性糖测定,若要精细比较抗寒性采用电导率、过氧化物酶、可溶性糖、脯氨酸和丙二醛的综合测定。

【Abstract】 The cold hardiness of 7 grape cultivars, including Zana, Rizamat, Yatomi Rosa, Augusite, Manicure Finger, Redglobe and Jingxiu, was examined by 5 methods. The results were analyzed and compared; at the same time the grape situation over past winter was also reviewed. The results showed that the hardiness of Yatomi Rosa, Augusite and Jingxiu were the highest; then were Redglobe and Manicure Finger, and the last were Zana and Rizamat. Compared the five methods used for examination, we suggested that using conductance method for examination of grape cold hardiness is simple and less expensive. When the difference of cold hardiness among different cultivars was little,it would be better to use the method of dissoluble sugar and POD for examination If the exact hardiness results are needed, the examining methods of conductance, dissoluble sugar, proline , MDA and ,POD should be cooperatively used.
