扒渣机械手的机构创新及其运动仿真分析
Cinder-removing manipulator with novel mechanism and its simulated kinematic analysis
【摘要】 针对原有扒渣机扒渣效果差、影响铝锭质量等问题,分析了存在的主要原因.利用虚拟仿真技术,对扒渣机的原机构进行结构创新设计,增加了后刮扒器等结构,并对新结构进行虚拟样机的运动仿真研究.结果表明,扒渣机构位移量合乎设计要求,提高了扒渣能力并改善了扒渣效果.
【Abstract】 Aimed at the problem with the original cinder-removing manipulator such as poor result of cinder removal and its influence on the quality of ingot aluminum,the original mechanism of the manipulator was redesigned in a novel way by means of virtual simulation technique.A hind-remover and other mechanisms were added to it and kinematic simulation investigation of a virtual prototype of the novel manipulator was performed to verify the feasibility of the modification.
