基于GA的天然气增压系统可靠性优化
Reliability optimization of natural gas boosting system based on Genetic Algorithm (GA)
【摘要】 以天然气增压系统的可靠性分析为基础,在体积、重量和总费用的约束条件下,通过优化设计使整个系统的可靠度最高.给出了天然气增压系统区间系数的可靠性优化数学模型,把非线性区间规划模型转化为等价的双目标非线性规划模型,并在此基础上阐述了用遗传算法(GA)找出问题解集的基本思想,对整个系统的核心涡旋式压缩机进行了性能参数分析.可靠性试验结果表明:优化后的天然气增压系统可靠性是满足要求的,用遗传算法求解该问题是相当有效的.
【Abstract】 Based on reliability analysis of natural gas boosting system and taking the volume,weight,and total cost as the constraints,the system reliability was optimized.A mathematic model for interval coefficient reliability optimization of the natural gas boosting system was given,where a non-linear interval programming model was turned into equivalent non-linear programming model with double objective functions.On this basis,the basic idea of using genetic algorithm to find out the solution set of the problem was explained.Besides,the analysis of characteristic parameters of a kernel system,i.e.the scroll compressor was conducted.The results of the reliability test showed that the reliability of natural gas boosting system met the requirement specified.It was quite effective for solving this problem by using genetic algorithm.
