【摘要】 目的：探讨应用髂腹股沟真皮下血管网双叶皮瓣修复手部多发深度烧伤创面的可行性和方法。方法：我们对2001年入院的6例手部多发深度创面早期应用髂腹股沟真皮下血管网双叶皮瓣进行修复。结果：皮瓣全部成活,经过3个月至4年的随诊,皮瓣皮肤厚度适中,不需要再次整复手术,患指功能恢复良好,临床治疗效果满意。结论：应用髂腹股沟真皮下血管网双叶皮瓣修复手部多发深度烧伤创面,能够较好地提高皮瓣的利用率,手术方法相对简单,如果病例选择合适往往会取得良好的手术效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the feasibility and method of the use of bilobed groin flap with subdermal vas- cular network to repair multiple deep burn wounds of hand.Methods:Since 2001,we have repaired multiple deep burn wounds of hands using bilobed groin flap with subdermal vascular networkin 6 patients.Results:All flaps survived completely with satisfactory fonchimal result.Conclusion:Bilobed groin flap with subdermal vascular net- work can be satisfactorily used to repair multiple burn deep burn wounds of the hand,with satisfactory functional result.The take rate can be high and the procedure is simple.更多还原
