【摘要】 目的了解羊布氏杆菌的药敏情况,指导临床合理应用抗菌药物。方法应用Bact/Alert 3D和VITEKⅡ全自动细菌培养鉴定系统培养、分离和鉴定细菌;药敏试验采用E-test法。结果从4例发热患者血培养标本中培养分离出4株羊布氏杆菌。4株菌对常用抗菌药物的MIC值分别为:庆大霉素0.5~0.75 mg/L,氨苄西林1.5~2.0 mg/L,环丙沙星4.0~8.0 mg/L,头孢他啶、阿米卡星、强力霉素等均>8.0 mg/L。结论治疗布氏杆菌病应首选庆大霉素,并联合氨苄西林或环丙沙星治疗;或根据药敏结果用药。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study antimicrobial resistance of Brucella melitenesis and instruct rational use of antimicrobial agents for clinic.Methods Bacteria were cultured and identified by Bact/Alert 3D and VITEK Ⅱ automicrobic system.Drug susceptibility was detected by E-test method.Results Four strains Brucella melitenesis were isolated from blood of 4 patients with fever and MIC of gentamicin,ampicillin and ciprofloxacin was(0.5)～(0.75 mg/L),(1.5)～(2.0 mg/L) and (4.0)～(8.0 mg/L) respectively.MIC of ceftazidime,amikacin and doxycycline were all above(8.0 mg/L).Conclusion The preferred drug for treating brucellosis is gentamicin or plus ampicillin or ciprofloxacin,or choosing antimicrobial agents according to antimicrobial susceptibility test results.更多还原
