异常妊娠者阴道加德纳菌和解脲脲原体DNA检测结果分析

【摘要】 目的探讨阴道加德纳菌、解脲脲原体与异常妊娠的关系。方法采用套式聚合酶链反应(n-PCR)法对96例异常妊娠者、104例足月正常妊娠者进行加德纳菌和解脲脲原体联合分子检测。结果96例异常妊娠者加德纳菌DNA、解脲脲原体DNA阳性率及总阳性(有任一阳性者)率分别为39.58%,66.67%,81.25%;104例足月正常妊娠者分别为18.27%,18.27%,30.77%,两组比较,差异均有显著性(P<0.005)。单独加德纳菌阳性或解脲脲原体阳性导致早产和/或胎膜早破的发生率分别为22.22%和60.37%,风险指数(RR)为1.9和9.9;而上述两菌均阳性时,早产和/或胎膜早破的发生率达66.67%,RR为13.0。结论加德纳菌和解脲脲原体感染与不良妊娠结局相关,两者混合感染可协同增加早产和/或胎膜早破的危险性。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between the infection with Gardnerella vaginalis(Gv) or Ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu) and abnormal pregnancy.Methods Examining the Gv-DNA and Uu-DNA in 96 abnormal pregnant women and 104 normal uterogestation women by the technique of nest polymerase chain reaction(nPCR).Results The positive rate of Gv-DNA and Uu-DNA in the abnormal pregnant women was(39.58%) and(66.67%) respectively,and the total positive rate was(81.25%).There were significant difference compared with those of normal uterogestation women(P<(0.005)),which was 18.27%,18.27% and 30.77% respectively,the incidence of premature delivery or/and premature rupture of fetal membrane resulted from the positive in either Gv or Uu was(22.22%) and(60.37%) respectively,and their risk ratio(RR) was(1.9) and(9.9) respectively.The incidence and RR of premature delivery or/and premature rupture of fetal membrane resulted from positive in both Gv and Uu was(66.67%) and(13.0) respectively.Conclusion Infection with Gv or Uu is correlate with abnormal pregnancy,and the risk of premature delivery or/and premature rupture of fetal membrane will be increased by the co-infection of Gv and Uu.
