烟草中多酚总含量的检测
Determination of Polyphenol Gross in Tobacco
【摘要】 采用分光光度法在540nm处进行烟草中的多酚总量测定实验。研究了显色时间和显色温度对多酚总量检测的影响,实验证明,显色温度和显色时间对绿原酸标准溶液的吸光度影响较大,而对烟草样品溶液影响较小。对不同类型的烟叶进行测定,多酚含量差异明显。该方法的平均加标回收率为95.25%,相对标准偏差RSD为1.10%—3.35%。
【Abstract】 The total polyphenol in the tobacco was measured by spectrophotometry at 540nm.Time and temperature of display colour has been studied on meterage absorbency.The results showed that the influence of time and temperature to absorbency is visible about standard solution of chlorogenic acid,but solution of the tobacco sample is unconspicuous.Another tobacco sample has different polyphenol content.The recovery of the method was 95.25%.The relative standard deviation was 1.10%—3.35%.
