【Abstract】 In this paper,a three-layer artificial neural network along with ultroviolet spectrophotometry has been applied to simultaneous determination of phenylalanine,tyrosine and tryptophan.By optimizing the network structure and parameters,the predication accuracy was enhanced.The method was used for simultaneous determination of mixed amino acids in soybean hydrolysate samples with satisfactory results.更多还原
