香豆素系列荧光染料的液相色谱分析
HPLC Method for the Anylasis of Fluorescent Dyes Based on Coumarin
【摘要】 本文运用反相高效液相色谱法,以6只香豆素染料为研究对象,研究了流动相组成对它们色谱保留行为的影响,通过调整流动相的种类和组成比例,最终选用C18色谱柱为分析柱,乙腈-水为流动相,紫外吸收检测器为检测手段,建立了既适用于这6只香豆素系荧光染料的单一分析又适用于它们混拼分析的方法,解决了这6只染料混拼时的分析问题。
【Abstract】 A reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography method was developed for the analysis of six fluorescent dyes based on coumarin. The effect of the consistence of mobile phase on the retention behaviors was studied by changing the kind and the ratio of the mobile phase,A C_ 18 column was used to separate the coumarin,the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and water,the UV detector was used to detect the coumarin.This method was used to analyze a single sample or a mixture of the six dyes.
