高粱叶角遗传研究

【摘要】 利用高粱骨干不育系、恢复系和自选紧凑型恢复系,采用不完全双列杂交设计对高粱叶角性状进行遗传研究。分析表明,高粱叶角性状是由基因加性效应和显性效应共同作用的结果,大叶角具有不完全显性作用,基因加性效应起主要作用,高粱叶角遗传符合加性—显性遗传模型。在叶角的方差中,一般配合力方差占主要地位,所以在培育紧凑型品种时,直接选择是非常有效的。广义遗传力和狭义遗传力都很高,表明叶角受环境影响所造成的表型变异较小,在早代进行单株选择是有效的。

【Abstract】 By making use of the sorghum backbone male-sterile line,the restoror-line and the own tight restoroer-line,we had a research on the heredity research to the sorghum leaf angle character via the incomplete double row hybrid design.The analysis indicated that the sorghum leaf angle character is the result which affects together by the gene additive effect and the dominant effect.The big leaf angle has the incomplete dominance role and the gene additive effect plays the main function.The sorghum leaf angle heredity conforms to the model of additive-dominant heredity.In the leaf angle variance,the general combining ability variance occupies the main status.Therefore,in cultivating compact variety,the direct selection is extremely effective.When the and are both very high,it indicated that the phenotype variation of the leaf angle caused by environment is small and it was effective on the single choice in the early generation.
