高粱CMS与核质基因组互作综述
Integration of Sorghum CMS and Nucleo-cytoplasmic Interaction
【摘要】 高粱杂种优势得益于细胞质雄性不育系的发现和利用。高粱细胞质雄性不育(CMS)有7种类型,即A1~A6和9E。核质互作型不育系是由细胞质基因和细胞核基因共同决定的,核质互作,协同进化,从而达到核质基因组结构与功能上的相互适应。
【Abstract】 Heterosis in sorghum benefited greatly from the discovery and utilization of cytoplasmic-male sterility(CMS).Seven kinds of sorghum(Sorghum bicolor L.Moench) CMS have been identified i.e.A1~A6 and 9E.Nucleo-cytoplasmic interaction male sterility was determined by cytogene and nuclear gene.Cytogene and nuclear gene interacted and coevoluted,so that the structure and function of nuclear genome and cytogenome were interadaptative.
