【摘要】 目的:分析健康干部职工不同年龄段异常心电图的发生率及分布状况,为有针对性地防治心血管病提供科学依据。方法:对不同年龄段12 610名干部职工心电图资料,按性别、年龄进行分组分类统计。结果:①体检人员正常心电图占77%,异常心电图占23%。异常心电图较多的有ST-T改变(15.21%),窦性心动过缓(13.55%),束支阻滞(13.14%),窦性心律不齐(10.03%);②多数异常心电图的检出率随年龄增加而增加,但窦性心动过缓、窦性心动过速、心室预激随年龄增加而减少,其检出率与年龄呈“杓形”关系。③大部分异常心电图的发生率男性高于女性,两组间比较差异有显著性(P<0.001)。结论:定期进行常规心电图检查,对早期发现、预防、诊断、治疗老年人心血管病有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the occurrence rate and distribution of electrocardiogram(ECG) abnormalities in health examined persons with different ages and provide scientific basis for prevention and control of cardiovascular diseases.Methods: 12610 ECG data of different ages were reviewed according to age and sexuality.Results:(1) The proportion of abnormal ECG 23%.Prevalence of major abnormal ECG was ST-T changes(15.21%),sinus bradycardia(13.55%),bundle branch block(13.14%),sinus arrhythmia(10.03%);(2) Most of abnormal ECG increased with age.A few abnormal ECG such as sinus bradycardia,sinus tachycardia,preexcitation,however,decrease with age.(3) Prevalence of most of abnormal ECG in male was higher than that in female,there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion: Regular ECG examination is important to early detection,prevention,diagnosis and treatment of heart disease for the old.更多还原
