【摘要】 目的:探讨彩超诊断睾丸微石症(TM)的临床价值。方法:应用彩超诊断17例TM,观察其二维声像图及彩色多普勒血流表现。结果:TM的典型超声表现为睾丸实质内可见均匀散在的似针尖样点状强回声,后方无声影,直径0.6~1.7mm。TM患者彩色多普勒血流均无特征性的表现。结论:TM具有特征性的声像图表现,彩超可确诊。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical value of high-frequency sonography in diagnosis of testicular microlithiasis(TM).Methods:21 cases with TM were diagnosed with high-frequency sonography,observe the sonographic appearance of two-dimensional echogram and color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI).Results:TM has some typical sonographic appearance.There were lots of small hyperechoic which like needle tip,uniformity and diffusely distribute in the Inval testis,0.6～1.7mm in diameter,without acoustic shadow.There were no characteristic sonographic appearance with CDFI in TM.Conclusions: TM has characteristic sonographic appearance,so it can be diagnosed by high-frequency sonography correctly.更多还原
