【摘要】 目的:探讨青年期先天性髋关节脱位的治疗方法。方法:先天性髋关节脱位患者13例,年龄16~19岁,全部存在髋臼、股骨头、颈发育不良。采用陶瓷-陶瓷假体给予全髋置换治疗。应用Harris评分进行功能评价。结果:13例患者Harris评分81~94分,步态正常,患髋无痛感。结论:对青年期先天性髋关节脱位患者,采取陶瓷-陶瓷假体全髋置换手术治疗可以取得满意的疗效,但其昂贵的价格限制了使用范围。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the treatment of congenital dislocation’s hip joint of young people.Method:The operation was per-formed in 13 cases,and the age ranged from15 years to19 years.The Acetabulum、Caput ossis femoris、Collum ossis femoris were con-genital dyspasia.All the hip’s joins were replaced by the ceramic-ceramichip.The post operative clinical results were evaluated withHarris hip scoring system.Results:The Harris score was 81 ~94.The 13 patients had not dislocation and pain with their hips after theTHA.The gait was normal.Conclusion:To the youg patients with congenital dislocation hip joint,if their hip joint were replaced by theceramic-ceramichip,the hip function of all can be greatly improved.Due to a high price of ceramichip,the use is of it is retricted.更多还原
