【摘要】 目的:通过对常见非紫绀型先心病的彩超与手术结果对照综合分析,探讨彩超在常见非紫绀型先心病的应用价值。方法:收集近几年资料完整的常见非紫绀型先心病135例,其中VSD组60例,ASD组25例,PDA组50例。常规彩色多普勒超声心动图检查,重点观察房、室水平及大动脉水平是否存在异常缺损或通道;明确异常缺损或通道的位置、大小、形态、数目,将超声结果与手术结果进行对照。结果:彩超诊断定位结果与手术定位比较显示超声定位诊断总符合率90.37%,不符合的占9.63%,其中PDA组超声定位不符合率较高,占14.0%。结论:彩超对常见非紫绀型先天性心脏病缺损的定性、定位分型及大小定量可作出较全面准确的诊断,为临床外科手术或介入封堵治疗提供可靠治疗依据,是诊断非紫绀型先天性心脏病最佳的无创性检查方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the application value of CDFI in diagnosis common non-cyanotic CHD.Methods:135 common non-cyanotic CHD with complete data were examined,composed of 60 VSD、25 ASD and 50 PDA cases,common examine with CDFI,emphasis on coloboma or port in atrium、ventricle and artery lever,identify the location、size、shape、number,compare the ultrasound result with operations.Results:the ultrasound align coincidence rate is 90.37%,discrepancy rate is 9.63%,it is higher in PDA group,of 14.0%.Conclusions:CDFI can overall diagnose common non-cyanotic CHD in qualitation、align typing and size quantity.And can provide reliable treatment evidence for clinical,it is the best examination method without wound in diagnosis common non-cyanotic CHD.更多还原
