【摘要】 目的:研究大豆苷元的抑菌活性。方法:通过滤纸片对大豆苷元进行了抑菌试验。结果:不同浓度的大豆苷元溶液对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌有一定的抑菌效果,随着大豆苷元浓度的增加,其对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌的抑菌作用增强,呈一定的剂量依赖性。但大豆苷元对痢疾杆菌却无抑菌效果。结论:大豆苷元溶液对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌有显著的抑菌作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:study the antimicrobial activity of daidein.Methods:By filter paper method,antimicrobial activity of daidein of three kinds of concentrations were experimented.Results:The result showed that daidein had antimicrobial activity to Staphylococcus aureus and escherichia coli.With the increase of concentration of daidein,the antimicrobial activity to staphylococcus aureus and escherichia coli also increased.But they had no antimicrobial activity to Dysentery bacilli.Conclusion:Daidein has remarkable antimicrobial activity to Staphylococcus aureus and escherichia coli.更多还原
