铝基磁性铁纳米线阵列吸波材料的制备与吸波性能
Processing and microwave absorbing behavior of iron magnetic nano-wire array based on aluminum plate
【摘要】 采用铝基板阳极氧化-电沉积制备了磁性铁纳米线阵列。吸波性能测试表明,铝基磁性铁纳米线阵列吸波材料吸波层厚度仅为几十微米时,最大反射衰减可达到-6.5dB。将铝基板喷砂预处理可改变随后阳极氧化铝膜结构;与未经喷砂预处理的铝基板相比,经喷砂预处理的铝基板阳极氧化-电沉积制成的铝基磁性铁纳米线阵列吸波材料吸波性能较好,吸收频带较宽;在8~18GHz频段,喷砂试样反射衰减均在-2dB以下。
【Abstract】 The iron magnetic nano-wire arrays were prepared by electrodepositing iron in porous anodic alumina membrane on aluminum plate in Fe2+ aqueous solution.Their microwave absorbing behavior of the arrays was measured.The arrays with a thickness of only several tens micron showed the maximum reflection loss of-6.5dB.The microstructure of the porous anodic alumina membrane on aluminum plate can be changed by grit-blasting the aluminum plate before anodizing.The arrays on the grit-blasted aluminum plate showed better microwave absorbing behavior,has a reflection loss over-2dB within 8~18GHz frequency band.
