2004~2005年磁性功能材料研究新进展
New progress of research of magnetic functional materials in 2004～2005
【摘要】 本综述论文开始写于1994年,其后每年撰写。今年综述内容包含:(1)超薄膜磁性材料;(2)纳米晶磁性合金;(3)巨磁电阻材料;(4)自旋极化;(5)新的铁氧体和稀土化合物。
【Abstract】 This summarized these began to write in 1994 and has been written in every year.In this year,it consists of(1) superthin film magnetic material;(2) nano-crystal magnetic alloy;(3) giant magnetoresistive material;(4) spin polarization;(5) new ferrite and rare-earth compound.
