Sm3(Fe,Co,Ti)29合金HD和HDDR处理研究(英文)
Studies of HD and HDDRin Sm3 (Fe,Co,Ti)29 alloys
【摘要】 深入研究了合金Sm3Fe18.5Co9Ti1.5的HD和HDDR处理过程。HD过程分别于350、400和450℃处理4h;HDDR过程于800℃处理2h。试验发现HD和HDDR法均可有效的对合金进行破碎处理,HDDR法由于其形核长大机制可有效的用于制备纳米晶复合材料;350℃时HD法可以有效的进行,随着温度的升高试样发生分解反应。给出了HD及HDDR处理后合金所表现的典型形貌。
【Abstract】 HD(hydrogen decrepitation) and HDDR(hydrogenation disproportionation desorption recombination) processes ofSm3Fe18.5Co9Ti1.5are studied.HDtreat ments were carried out at 350,400 and 450℃respectively for 4h and HDDRtreat mentwas carried out at 800℃for 2h.Some special phenomena of HDand HDDRare presented.It is found that both HDand HDDRare good methods for pulverizing.HDDRis a very effective way to produce nanocrystalline composite material due toits nuclea-tion and growth processes.The opti mistic temperature for HD treat ment is 350℃,and when the temperature is higher than400℃the alloy begins to decompose.During HDDR the hydrogenation disproportionation processes is completed at 800℃for1h.
