新型纳米无机抗菌剂的抗菌性能研究 1.对金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌的抗菌作用
Study on the antimicrobial activities of nanometer inorganic antibacterial agents:1.The antimicrobial activities to staphylococcus aureus and candida albicans
【摘要】 选择了金黄色葡萄球菌(staphylococcus au-reus)和白色念珠菌(candida albicans)分别作为细菌和酵母菌的代表菌株,采用三角瓶振荡试验法,对纳米TiO2等4种新型纳米无机抗菌剂及一种微米抗菌剂的抗菌性能进行了系统的定性、定量研究,结果表明各种纳米抗菌剂的抗菌性能大大优于微米抗菌剂,并且价格较低的纳米TiO2及纳米ZnO对两种代表菌都表现出很强的抗菌能力,可用来代替价格昂贵的银离子化合物。此外,探讨了相关抗菌剂的抗菌机理。
【Abstract】 The qualitative antibacterial activities of five new nanometer and micro-meter inorganic antibacterial agents were studied to the typical bacteria Staphylococcus aureus and microzyme Candida albicans by the experiments of vibratting flask.The experiment results show that the antibacterial effect of the nanometer inorganic antibacterial agents are much better than micro-meter inorganic antibacterial agents,and the low-cost nano-TiO2 and nano-ZnO2,which have very well antibacterial effect on both of bacteria and microzyme,can be used for instead of Ag-type antibacterial agents.Finally,the antibacterial mechanism has been discussed.
