Mn在BaTiO3中的固溶及其对BaTiO3结构影响的研究
Investigation on Mn solid diffusion and it’s effect on structure and property of BaTiO3
【摘要】 运用XRD、SEM、HRTEM研究了Mn2O3掺杂对钛酸钡陶瓷结构的影响。随着烧结温度上升,发现Mn2O3掺杂钛酸钡样品的晶格常数在c轴方向增大。在烧结温度相同的情况下,Mn2O3掺杂能够抑制钛酸钡晶粒的生长,Mn3+在烧结的过程中逐渐的固溶进入钛酸钡晶格。从结构角度出发,提出了Mn固溶进入晶格后,在其周边微区可能产生压应力,这是样品在还原气氛下烧结仍保持高电阻现象的原因之一。
【Abstract】 The effect of Mn2O3 dopant on the structure of barium titanate was investigated by XRD,SEM,HRTEM.It was found that tetragonality and lattice constant c of Mn2O3 doped barium titanate increase with increasing sintering temperature.Mn2O3 dopant can inhibit the grain growth of barium titanate at the same sintering temperature.Mn3+ will dissolve into barium titanate lattice during the sintering process,and form a great deal of defect and trigger rearrange of atoms around Mn3+.From the point of structure,we bring forward that stress is formed at micro-area around Mn3+ after it dissolves into the lattice,and it maybe one reason why the sample sintered in reducing atmosphere keeps high resistance.
