【摘要】 目的:观察中医辨证分型治疗慢性湿疹的临床疗效。方法:将110例入选患者随机分为治疗组(60例)与对照组(50例),治疗组给予中医辨证分型治疗,中药内服,对照组予息斯敏9mg口服,日一次,结合0.05%新适确得乳膏外涂,每日2次,两组均治疗4周。结果:治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:提示慢性湿疹采用中西医结合治疗可取得更佳的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objection:To study the effect of diagnosis and treatment with chinese medicine in treating Chronic Eczema.Methods:the 110 patients were divided into treat group(60 cases) and control group(50 cases) at random.In treat group the patients were treated by taking Chinese medicine and putting 0.05% Halometasone Monohydrate on the skin outside two times every day,but in control group the patients were treated by taking 9mg Hismanal one time each day combine putting 0.05% Halometasone Monohydrate on the skin outside two times every day.The patients in two groups were both treated for 4 weeks.Results:The clinical effect of treat group is higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is obviously that chronic eczema adopting therapy ofdiagnosis and treatment with chinese medicine can make good curative effect.更多还原
