【摘要】 目的:研究麻黄细辛附子汤对小白鼠的镇痛药理效应。方法:用热板法和扭体法,观察小白鼠对疼痛的反应。结果:麻黄细辛附子汤的水煎醇沉液和水煎液均能明显降低小白鼠对热疼痛和化学刺激引起的疼痛反应,与颅通定镇痛效果比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:麻黄细辛附子汤的醇沉液和水煎液均有明显的镇痛作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To make a study of pharmacological effects on analgesia of mouse.Methods:Ways of hot plate and torsion were used to observe the mouse’s reaction to the pain.Results:Both the alcohol kali and the liquor of Chinese ephedra Asarum herg Aconite Decoction can lower the pain response that comes from chemical stimulation and heat pain predominantly.Compared with the act of the relief of rotundine(P>0.05),there is no significant difference.And the activity degree of little mouse is down.Conclusions: Chinese ephedra Asarum herg Aconite Decoction have predominant act on analgesia.更多还原
