【摘要】 目的观察醒脾养儿冲剂(抗小儿缺铁性贫血)治疗小儿缺铁性贫血的疗效。方法将121例缺铁性贫血的患儿分为2组,对照组(60例)用右旋糖苷铁辅以Vc口服;治疗组(61例)在对照组基础上,加服醒脾养儿冲剂, 4周为1个疗程;测量体重、血红蛋白含量、血清铁。结果治疗4周时,治疗组体重明显增加,血红蛋白平均上升35．9 g·L-1。治愈率:治疗组为 91．8％;对照组为70．0％,2组比较均有显著性差异(P<0．01)。治疗组与对照组总疗程平均为12．3,13．7周,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0．01)。结论醒脾养儿冲剂治疗小儿缺铁性贫血疗效确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe clinical effect of Xingpi yang ’ er chongji in the trentment of child iron deficiency anemia. Methods One hundred and twenty - one cases the child iron deficiency anemia were divided into 2 groups. Control group was treated with iron dextran tablets and assist vitam C. The trial group was treated on the base of control group with Xingpi yang’er chongji and with a observational period of each 4 weeks. Results There were remarkable differences between curative effect rates of the trentment group (91. 8%) and that control group (70.0% ,P <0.01). Conclusion Xingpi yang’er chongji shown that is effective in the trentment of child iron deficiency anemia.更多还原
