【摘要】 目的:探讨儿童恙虫病的临床特点。方法:采用临床流行病学的方法,对76例儿童恙虫病与198例成人恙虫病进行临床资料比较分析。结果:儿童与成人恙虫病的发生均以男性多见,发病年龄儿童平均为9.6岁,成人平均为35.2岁;咳嗽、腹痛、呕吐、咽充血、胸腹水的发生率儿童组较成人组高,而结膜充血的发生率儿童组较成人组低;肺损害、贫血、中毒性脑病的发生率儿童组比成人组高,而中毒性肝损害、多器官损害的发生率儿童组则比成人组低;血W BC>10.0×109/L的比率,儿童组比成人组高,而血W BC<4.0×109/L和血小板<100×106/L的比率则儿童组比成人组低。结论:儿童与成人恙虫病的某些临床症状、体征、并发症、辅助检查表现以及误诊状况不尽相同,充分认识这些特点,有利于临床诊断与治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the features of tsutsugamushi disease in children.Methods:The data in 76 children cases and 198 adults cases of tsutsugamushi disease were compared and analyzed.Results:The occurrence rate of cough,abdominal pain,vomiting and ascites in children group was higher than that in adults group.The occurrence rate of lung lesion,aneamia and toxic brain disease in children group was also higher than that in adults group.However,the occurrence rate of toxic liver lesion and multiple organ injures was lower in children group as compared with adults group.The ratio of BWC>10.0×10~9/L was higher,but BWC<4.0×10~9/L was lower in children group.Conclusion:There are some differences on clinical features of tsutsugamushi disease,sush as symptons,physical sign and complications among children and adults.These provide the scientific ground for the diagnosis and treatment of tsatsugamushi disease.更多还原
