【摘要】 目的:了解社区高血压病患者治疗不同依从性下与脑损害发生的关系,为高血压防治提供依据。方法:收集我院随访的高血压病患者治疗不同依从性情况及发生脑卒中(脑出血、脑梗死)的情况。结果:高血压治疗依从性好组发生脑卒中的概率低于治疗依从性低组。结论:为了减少高血压病患者脑卒中的发生,应提高患者治疗的依从性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the relationship between different therapy compliances and the brain damage on the community hypertension patients.Methods: The different compliances information of the follow-up survey hypertention patients to our hospital and the information of occuring cerebral apoplexy(cerebral hemorrhage,cerebral infarction) of these patients were colleted and analyzed.Results: The probability of occuring cerebral apoplexy in the team which had good therapy compliance on hypertension was far more below the team which had the bad one.Conclusion: The therapy compliance should be improved in order to reduce the cerebral apoplexy occuring on the hypertension patients.更多还原
