高渗盐液与非控制性出血性休克

【摘要】 目的:研究高渗盐溶液对控制性和未控制性出血性休克的治疗效果。方法:用动脉放血至M AP为5.33kPa维持120m in制作控制性出血性休克和剪断大鼠尾静脉制作非控制性出血性休克的动物模型,分别用生理盐水和高渗盐液早期治疗休克,观察血流动力学指标和动物存活时间。结果:高渗盐液(HS)组中平均动脉压、脉压和中心静脉压明显高于生理盐水(N S)组和高渗盐液+非控制性出血性休克(HS+UC)组,大鼠存活时间也明显长于N S组和HS+UC组。结论:高渗盐液治疗控制性出血性休克效果好,但对非控制性出血性休克可促进休克的恶化。

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effects of hypertonic saline solutionsin in uncontrolled and controlled hemorrhagic shock.Methods: The rats were hemorrhaged(MAP=5.33kPa) for 120 minutes(controlled hemorrhagic shock),then bleeding in tail(uncontrolled hemorrhagic shock),treated in isotonic saline(0.9%NaCl) or hypertonic saline(7.5%NaCl).It were analyzed in mean arterial pressure(MAP),pulse pressure(PP),centre vein pressure(CVP) and survival times in rats.Results: MAP,PP,CVP in HS groups were significantly greater than those in NS groups and HS+UC groups,and survival times in HS groups were the longest in three groups.Conclusion: HS resuscitation in controlled hemorrhagic shock is much more effective than that of resuscitation,but in uncontrolled hemorrhagic shock may not be effective in uncontrolled hemorrhagic shock.
