【Abstract】 The multi-functional team is the main organization form for quality management in virtual enterprises which is dynamically formed based on the product,and responsible for the quality management in product life cycle.The model of quality function deployment(QFD) was extended to realize the mapping from customer requirements to quality function units,and an integral programming model is presented to determine the optimal selection and composition of the multi-functional teams in virtual enterprises.更多还原
