【摘要】 在国际贸易自由化的条件下,知识产权保护对一国福利情况的影响具有不确定性,对比了中外知识产权的组成结构,并运用贸易专门化指数定量分析了我国的专利使用和特许情况,分析了贸易中知识产权矛盾存在的必然性及其成因,并得出了大力提高我国企业知识产权意识和技术创新能力,使之与我国知识产权保护制度的发展相协调的结论。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effects of intellectual property right(IPR) protection on our country are uncertain under the free-trade circumstance.Chinese IPR structure was compared with foreign IPR ones and the conditions and applications of patents in China were analyzed quantitively by using specialization index.The inevitability of the IPR conflicts among international trades and its causes were also expatiated.It is concluded that Chinese enterprises should strengthen their consciousness of IPR and their innovation ability to agree their behaviors with Chinese IPR system.更多还原
