【Abstract】 The deep interview was used to explore the thoughts and modes of management problem-solving in firms,and questionnaire survey was used to validate theuniversality of "Dual-Principles" in organization system.The findings indicate that it is feasible for solving management problems using "Dual-Principles" mechanism advocated in Hexie management theory.Some positive inspiration and effective guidance to management practice are proposed.更多还原
