【摘要】 在技术存在高度不确定性的研究开发联盟中,信任与控制关系的处理方式是决定联盟绩效的关键因素。本研究以中国制药产业研发联盟为对象,对联盟达成前的初始信任与控制战略的关系进行了系统的考察,发现能力信任与过程控制、自我保护控制正相关;善意信任与结果控制、自我保护控制负相关;而技术不确定性对信任与控制战略的选择影响的相关性具有调节作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the research and development alliance,in which there is high uncertainty in technology,how to handle the relationship between trust and control is the key to the performance of the said alliance.In this paper,taking China’s pharmaceutical industry R&D alliance as a sample,we have systematically probed into the relationship between the initial trust before the conclusion of alliance and control strategy,and discovered that competence trust is positively correlative to process control and to self-safeguard control,that goodwill trust,on the contrary,is negatively correlative to outcome control and to self-safeguard control,and that the uncertainty in technology plays a role in adjusting the correlation in impacting on the choice between trust and control strategies.更多还原
