【Abstract】 The technique of running up is a major component in high jump event.By using documentary and investigation methods,the article is aimed at the students’typical mistakes in teaching process,analyzing the present situation in mastering the running up technique,finding out the reasons which engender the incorrect movements,and proposing the correspond correcting methods.The directed teaching and training methods will take effective results in teaching the technique of running up in fosbury jumping.更多还原
