早强水稳碎石路用性能研究

【摘要】 水稳碎石作为高等级公路半刚性基层结构,其强度形成需要足够的时间,但是路面基层修建或修补时,有时为了加快施工进度并尽快开放交通,必须使基层的强度在短期内达到要求。本研究采用自行研制的R-1型早强修补剂对水稳碎石材料进行改进,研究其路用性能。结果表明,掺入的R-1型早强修补剂可使稳定碎石在16 h内就能达到通车要求的性能。

【Abstract】 As semi-rigid bottom course of high grade road,enough time is needed for cement stabilized debris to reach certain strength,however, during base repair or construction,sometimes it is required to get the strength of bottom course obtained within short time so to quicken construction schedule and put the road into service as early as possible.In this research,a self-developed R-1 early strength repair agent is used to modify performance of cement stabilized debris material and research its road application performance.Result shows mixing with R-1 early strength repair agent enables stabilized debris meet with traffic requirements within 16 h.
