燃煤飞灰中可吸入颗粒物在磁场中聚并收尘试验研究
Experimental Study on the PM2.5 Agglomeration of Coal-fired Fly Ash in Magnetic Field
【摘要】 针对燃煤电站锅炉飞灰这种弱磁性可吸入颗粒物,将由专门研制的气溶胶发生器产生的气溶胶(PM10)颗粒按照粒径大小分为12等级,利用低压电称冲击器ELPI测试在不同磁感应强度下各级颗粒浓度的变化,考察磁场对颗粒磁聚并的影响。结果表明,燃煤飞灰这种弱磁性粉尘在磁场中有一定的聚并作用,对其中PM2.5的颗粒聚并的效果更明显。
【Abstract】 The agglomeration of coal-fired fly ash particles with weak magnetism in magnetic field is experimentally studied in the paper.The whole aerosol particles(PM10) generated from the dedicated fluidized bed aerosol generator are compartmentalized into 12 stages according to their size ranges.The advanced electrical low pressure impactor(ELP) is employed to measure particle number concentration of 12 range particles.The effect of magnetic field intensity on the magnetic agglomeration of particles of all 12 stages was abtatined.The results indicate that there is a certain magnetic agglomeration effect on the fly ash particles,especially on the particles of PM2.5.When themagnetic field intensity is over 500 mT,the increase in agglomeration of aerosol particles with the magnetic field intensity stops.
