日产1205 t/h锅炉低温过热器爆管原因分析与技术措施
Cause Analysis and Countermeasures of Tube Rupture in the Low Temperature Superheater of 1 205 t/h Boiler Made in Japan
【摘要】 对河津电厂日产1 205 t/h锅炉低温过热器爆管原因进行了分析,指出对尾部竖井设置均流板的П型布置锅炉,当靠近两侧墙的管屏出现个管偏离管屏时,容易导致偏离管磨损爆破,进而影响相邻管段。其事故和处理措施对同类型锅炉有借鉴作用。
【Abstract】 This paper analyses the causes of tube rupture in the low temperature superheater of 1 205 t/h boiler of Hejin Power Plant,and points out that the accident of detrition and tube rupture is easier to happen on the departure tube and all surrounding tubes when exceptional tube depart from tube bank near two side wall if uniform stream board is setted up in the tail silo of П model boiler. The accident and countermeasure can be used for reference in similar boiler.
