200 MW电厂再热器小径管焊口应力集中的研究
Study on Stress Intensity of Welding Parts of Small Dlameter Tube to Reheater in Coal-burning Thermo-electric Factory with 200 MW Power
【摘要】 简述了200 MW电站锅炉再热器集箱小径管焊口的质量和安全的重要性。介绍了再热器焊区渗漏的3种原因,即设计不当、材料性能欠佳和运行工况恶劣,指出最重要的原因———结构设计不当。结合某电厂锅炉再热器集箱小径管的焊口,将实际问题理想化为符合实际的力学模型,分析了采用有限元法来求解该力学模型的必要性。给出了有限元法计算模型,研究了焊口倾角和焊缝厚度对焊口应力集中系数的影响。取尽可能小的焊口倾角和大的焊缝厚度,可减小应力集中系数。
【Abstract】 The quality and safety of welding parts of small diameter tube of reheater in thermo-electric factory are vital.If the quality and safety are ignored,frequently halting boiler and making huge economic lost might be after beginning work.Three reasons of leakage of welding parts of reheater were introduced,including incorrect design,bad materials performances and severe conditions.Incorrect design was most important reason.The welding parts of small diameter tube of reheater in a thermo-electric factory were calculated by finite element methods.The finite element analysis model was put forward in this paper.The affection of tilting angle and thickness of welding parts to stress intensity factors were researched in this paper.The figures of stress intensity factors obtained in this paper were referenced by engineer.
