【摘要】 超临界、超超临界机组的关键技术是多方面的,在设计和制造上都有高难技术,但热强性高,工艺性好、价格低廉的材料开发、应用是最关键的。介绍了超超临界锅炉用钢SA-335P92材料的性能,并通过多种焊接性试验和焊接接头力学性能试验,了解了该钢种的焊接性及焊接接头的机械性能,初步掌握了其焊接工艺,为工厂生产应用打下了基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 The key technique of super critical and ultra-super critical generating units is allround and is high difficult in designing and manufacturing.Finding and using the material of having high thermal intension,good maufacturability and low-price is crucial.The paper introduces the material property of ultra-super critical boiler steel SA-335P92.Through weldability tests and mechanical property tests of weld joints,we found out the weldability and mechanical property of the steel’s weld joint and mastered the welding technology.It was the basic of manufacturing in the factory.更多还原
