沥青路面钻芯芯样级配差异性分析
Analysis of Gradation Difference of Core Sample from Asphalt Pavement
【摘要】 通过对AC-13I和AC-20I两种级配沥青混合料不同厚度芯样的级配筛分试验,比较以不同芯样厚度与不同切割方式对实际级配的影响程度,发现芯样在9.5~13.2mm筛孔位置出现比较明显的级配偏差。然后比较了不同最大粒径时芯样的级配偏差,发现最大粒径越大其级配偏差值也越大。在试验分析的基础上,提出建议级配偏差值供修正参考。
【Abstract】 The paper selects two asphalt mixtures with gradations of AC-13I and AC-20I,analyzes the effect of the thickness and incision plane of core sample on the gradation.The results show that the gradation deviation is obvious in the sieve of 9.5~13.2mm.(Comparison)of the deviation value of AC-20I with that of AC-13I shows that the greater of the normal maximum aggregate size,the greater of the deviation would be.The deviation value has been given to adjust the gradation.
