2n花粉静电分选装置回归方程的建立
The Foundation of the 2n Pollen Electrostatic Separating Device’s Regression Equation
【摘要】 简单介绍了2n花粉高压静电分选原理及其分选装置。利用2n花粉静电分选装置,采用回归正交试验设计方法,安排了花粉分选试验。通过对试验数据进行回归分析,导出分选装置的分选性能关于影响因素的回归方程。从回归方程出发,分析了影响分选效果的主次因素,及最佳参数组合。
【Abstract】 The principle for separating 2n pollen and the 2n pollen separating device with high voltage electrostatic was introduced briefly in this paper. The experiments of regression orthogonal design for separating 2n pollen with the separating 2n pollen device were performed. By regression analysis of the experiment data the regression equation of the separation device separating performance quality about the influencing factors was founded. Based on the founded equation the degrees of the influencing factors and the best parameter combination were got.
