部分预应力混凝土简支梁设计
Design of simply supported partial prestressed concrete beam
【摘要】 西南某联合厂房屋面框架梁采用5×24 m部分预应力砼简支梁,其中间跨24 m,就其设计构思、节点构造、混合配筋、强度及刚度计算等进行了分析.本框架梁两端简支且位置上抬,为框架总长120 m而不设伸缩缝创造了条件;部分预应力混凝土结构采用预应力与非预应力筋混合配筋,正确选用预应力度极为重要;后张部分预应力混凝土结构利用高强钢筋充分发挥材料特性,且比全预应力混凝土结构具有更好的延性.
【Abstract】 The design concept,node conformation,mixed bar arrangement,failing strength and rigidity’s accounts about a roof beam of a united factory building are analyzed.The span length of prestressed beam is 24 m.This prestressed beam is simply supported on the two ends and elevated,with the 120 m′s frame built without setting expansion joints.The following conclusion is put forward: the choosing of the prestressing degree and the arrangement about prestressed steel bar and nonprestressed reinforcement are very important for the partial prestressed beam.The post-tensioned partial prestressed concrete structure can make the best material characteristics by using high-tensile steel bar,and better ductility compared with full prestressing concrete structure.
