自锚式悬索桥拱形桥塔施工过程及桥塔横梁优化研究

【摘要】 广州猎德大桥是新光快速路规划中跨越珠江的一座大型桥梁,本桥的亮点在于其独特的桥塔设计。猎德大桥塔身外观为两个贝壳状弧形壳体相扣,其内外轮廓为椭圆弧段组合而成,单肢塔柱截面类似梯形。整个结构采用预应力混凝土结构,外部包钢壳。结构的多变使桥塔在施工过程中的受力变形分析较为复杂。本文应用组合有限元的方法,采用三维实体单元、板壳单元以及杆单元等详细模拟桥塔施工过程,并对比计算两个初步设计方案,对结构的受力变形给出相对精确的结果。

【Abstract】 Guangzhou Liede bridge is a long span bridge in the plan of Xinguang Express Road.The highlight is particular design of the bridge tower.The figuration of tower is made of two shells buckled each other.Both sides of its outling are composed of two ellipse segments and the cross-section of the tower column is similer to a trapezium.The construction is prestressed concrete and is coated with steel shell.The bridge tower stress and displacement are very complex when it is erected.The paper applys integrated element 3D entity-element,plate-element and bar-element to exhautively simulate the construction in comparing two schemes of the primary design and comparatively accurate results are got.
