【Abstract】 This article has analyzed the developments,the background and the policy intentions of the central bank’s three increasing interest rats and has pointed out this measure is intended to further consolidate the achievements of macro-control,and further economic measures to play a bigger role in resource allocation and macro-control.Meanwhile,the central bank’s three increasing interest rate also marks the release of austerity signal and enters into a new round of macro-control cycle.更多还原
