基于数字Smith预估补偿的温度控制仿真
Simulation study of digitalized Smith Predictor-based temperature control
【摘要】 工业控制过程中存在许多具有纯滞后特性的被控对象,Sm ith预估控制是克服纯滞后影响的有效方法之一,对设定值的改变响应比较快,跟踪效果好,但是其克服扰动的能力比较差。为提高Sm ith预估控制的鲁棒性,提出一种数字sm ith预估器进行补偿控制。仿真结果表明:在被控对象模型不确定性的情况下,增大或减少控制模型的参数,数字sm ith预估补偿都具有较好的鲁棒性。
【Abstract】 A problem in industry control process is that there often are controlled objects of pure hysteresis.To the influence caused by pure hysteresis,Smith predictor has been proved to be an effective solution for its quick response to the change of setting value.Its tracking performance is satisfactory,but it is weak in overcoming disturbance.The application of a digitalized smith predictor in temperature control has been simulated and thus is proposed in this paper.Simulation results show that this modified control scheme provides better robustness for model un-certainties whether the parameter of control model is increased or reduced.
