【摘要】 目的为了加强分析前质量控制,本文探讨20℃室温下不同时间保存EDTA-K2抗凝静脉血,对血常规检测的影响。方法选取30份EDTA-K2抗凝血标本,即刻上机检测。然后将标本放置20℃并于1h、2h、4h、8h、24h重复检测,将检测结果与即刻上机检测结果相比较。结果24小时内WBC、NEU、LY、MO、RBC、HGB、MCH、RDW、PLT测定值变化小于3%,HCT、MCV变化为4%,呈上升趋势,但各不同时间结果之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同时间MPV变化显著性(P<0.05)。结论20℃室温下,24小时内除MPV外血常规其他参数变化无统计学意义更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To improve the quality control of pre-analysis,this text discuss the change of bloodroutine determination of EDTA- K2 anti-coagulated veinal blood stored at 20°C for different time .Methods Selected 30 samples of EDTA- K2 anti-coagulated veinal blood and tested by hematology analyzer immediately, then repeat detectio after 1h、2h、4h、8h、24h,when the sample was stored at 20℃。Compare the results in different time.Results WBC、NEU、RBC、HGB、MCH、 RDW、PLT changes within 3%,.HCT MCV’s variation is 4%,the tendency was rising, the changes isn’t remarkable( P>0.05);the MPV’s changes is remarkable(P<0. 05).Conclusion At 20℃, there isn’t stastical sigificance the parameter of blood routine except MPV in 24h.更多还原
