【摘要】 目的探讨鼻部大出血的介入栓塞止血的最佳位置。方法经股动脉入路,对23例鼻部大出血患者进行双侧或单侧颈外动脉造影,采用颌上动脉、颞浅动脉起始点进行造影及应用弹簧钢圈作栓塞剂进行栓塞止血。结果23例经造影诊断明确,且靶血管显示清晰情况下进行血管栓塞,栓塞效果十分肯定,栓塞术后再出血只有1例。结论应用弹簧钢圈作较高位栓塞是更为安全及止血效果更佳的方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the best hemostasia location of nasal massive hemorrhage.Methods 23 cases of nasal massive hemorrhage were angiographied with arteriae carotis external across femoral artery, the origination of supergnathic artery and arteriae temporalis superficialis were angiographied and embolism by spring coins for hemostasia purpose.Results The embolism effect was definitely in all cases, which the target vessels were clearly visualization. 1 case rehemorrhaged after embolismC.onclusions Embolism by spring coins at upper location was a safe and effective method for nasal hemorrhage.更多还原
