【摘要】 目的探讨社区护理干预对糖尿病患者的血糖的影响。方法将80例确诊为2型糖尿病(T2DM)社区患者,随机分为干预组和对照组,每组40例。干预组除药物治疗外进行糖尿病护理干预,,对照组仅进行药物治疗。两组均随访1年。比较两组空腹血糖(FPG)及餐后2h血糖(2hPG)变化。结果干预组FPG、2hPG下降明显,血糖持续得到控制,对照组无明显下降,从第3月起P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论社区护理干预能维持糖尿病患者良好的血糖水平,对病情控制中具有重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate community nurses intervenes to diabetes patient’s plasma glucoseinfluence. Methods Diagnoses 80 examples is Type 2 Diabeteses mellitus (T2DM) Communities patient,stochastically divides into the intervention group and the comparison group, each group of 40examples.The intervention group carries on the diabetes besides the medicine treatment nurses theintervention, the comparison group only carries on the medicine treatment. Two groups all make afollow-up visit 1 year.compared with two groups of fasting plasma glucose (FPG) and 2h postprandialglucoce (2hPG) changes.
