【摘要】 目的通过乳晕下注射示踪剂定位乳腺癌前哨淋巴结,研究临床腋淋巴结阴性乳腺癌患者乳腺哨淋巴结标记定位活检情况与临床意义。方法通过用乳晕下注射示踪剂亚甲蓝方法,定位23例乳腺癌前哨淋巴结。行乳腺前哨淋巴结活检,随后行乳腺癌根治术。结果在23例行乳晕下注射示踪剂亚甲蓝乳腺癌患者中,21例定位显示发现前哨淋巴结,发现率为91.3%。结论乳晕下注射示踪剂亚甲蓝定位乳腺癌前哨淋巴结基本显示乳腺癌患者区域淋巴转移情况,定位是准确的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Obsjective To study the significance of sentinel lymph node biopsy for breast cancer bytechnique of subareolar injection of material in localizing the sentinel lymph node of breast cancer.Method Twenty-three patienzs of breast cancer were injected with Methylthioninim chloridebytechique of subareolar injection for sentinel lymph node biopsy and patients thenhad radical mastectomy.Results twenty-three patients of breast cancer were injected with techique of subareolar injectionof Methylthioninim chloride, twenty-one patients Sentinel lymph nodes localizing and identificationrate of 91.3% were found.Conclusion The results suggest that subareolar injection with Methylthioninimchloride was accurated in localizing for sentinel lymph mode bropsy of breast cancer.
